Immediate processing: a processing mode in which the order is processed as soon as possible after payment confirmation. Scheduled processing: a processing mode in which the order is processed on a date and time chosen by the Customer.
4. Access to the site
Accessing the Site and ordering a Service require the User to have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Minors may use the Site under the responsibility of their legal representative, who must ensure that the use complies with applicable laws. Using the Site requires an internet connection, a compatible browser, and technically suitable equipment. ExitPass does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may carry out maintenance, updates, or suspensions. The User is responsible for connection and equipment costs related to the use of the Site.
5. Customer account and order access
An order may be initiated without a prior account when the product allows it. In that case, access to an order requires secure authentication or code-based verification. The User may create an account to view and manage their orders. The Customer is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any access made using their account. An order initiated without an account may be linked to an account after verification of the email address used when placing the order. The Customer undertakes to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, particularly regarding their email address, passenger names, and travel information.
6. Order process
The order process includes the following steps: 1. Selection of the itinerary (departure and arrival airports, departure date, flight preferences). 2. Entry of contact and traveller information (names, dates of birth, nationalities, email address). 3. Choice of processing mode (immediate or scheduled) and document language. 4. Verification of the order summary. 5. Display of the total price, taxes included where required by regulations. 6. Explicit acceptance of these Terms and the Refund Policy. 7. Secure payment via the payment provider. 8. Processing of the order by ExitPass. 9. Availability of the TravelPass when ready. The Customer must carefully verify names, dates of birth, airports, dates, and contact details before proceeding to payment. An error in this information may compromise the reservation or its verifiability. The final validation button clearly expresses the payment obligation: clicking it triggers payment of the displayed amount.
7. Price
The price applicable to an order is the one displayed to the Customer before payment, in the selected currency. Prices are expressed in the currency chosen by the Customer. Applicable taxes are included where required by regulations. The price may depend on the number of passengers and the options chosen (urgent processing, scheduled processing, additional passengers). Promotions and promotional codes may have conditions of use, duration, and number of uses. These conditions are displayed when the code is applied. The price is recorded in the order at the time of validation. A subsequent change in pricing does not affect an already paid order.
8. Payment
Payment is processed by the payment provider Stripe. ExitPass does not store the Customer's full bank card details. The order is processed only after payment confirmation by the provider. A refused authorisation or payment prevents the order from being executed. In that case, the order is not pursued and no amount is charged. Fraud prevention measures may be implemented by ExitPass or by the payment provider. These measures may result in additional verification or an additional delay. ExitPass does not offer an indefinite subscription or automatic recurring billing.
9. Execution and delivery
Order execution may take different forms: Immediate processing: the order is processed as soon as possible after payment confirmation. Scheduled processing: the order is processed on the date and time chosen by the Customer. In progress: the order is being processed by ExitPass and its Provider. Action required: the order requires intervention from the Customer (e.g., correcting information). Document available: the TravelPass is ready for download or has been sent by email. Processing failure: the order could not be processed for a technical or availability reason. The displayed timeframe is an estimate, unless expressly stated otherwise by ExitPass. The TravelPass is delivered in the Customer's order space and, where applicable, by email to the address provided. The Customer must provide a correct email address and check their spam folder. A technical unavailability may require a replacement, a new attempt, or a refund in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy.
10. Characteristics and validity period
The TravelPass is a temporary reservation confirmation. It is not an electronic ticket allowing travel. It confers no right to boarding. The validity period of the reservation depends on the Provider and the reservation actually created. It starts from the actual creation of the PNR and may be shorter than the indicated flight date. The PNR may expire, be cancelled, or become inaccessible after its validity period, regardless of ExitPass's wishes. The Customer must verify the validity of their reservation upon receipt of the TravelPass. The validity period does not constitute a guarantee of acceptance by a third party (airline, authority, control). ExitPass does not make entry, visa, or boarding decisions.
11. Customer obligations
The Customer undertakes to: Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when ordering. Comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their country of residence and destination. Not use ExitPass to deceive an authority, falsify a document, or mislead a third party. Not fraudulently modify the TravelPass, PNR, or any document issued by ExitPass. Not resell an access, a document, or a Service. Verify their own travel conditions (visa, entry requirements, airline conditions) before using the Service. Keep a copy of the TravelPass during its useful period. Contact ExitPass support promptly in case of an error or problem. The Customer remains responsible for the information they provide and the consequences of its inaccuracy.
12. Prohibited uses
The following are strictly prohibited: Fraud, identity theft, and the use of false information. Modification of the PNR, TravelPass, or any document issued by ExitPass. Circumventing security controls or anti-fraud measures. Overloading, attacking, or disrupting the Site or Services. Unauthorised automated extraction of data from the Site. Unauthorised resale of an access, a document, or a Service. Any infringement of third-party rights (intellectual property, personal data, etc.). Any use contrary to applicable immigration, transport, or customs rules. ExitPass reserves the right to suspend access to the Site and Services in case of violation of these prohibitions.
13. Cancellation, replacement, and refund
The general principles regarding cancellation, replacement, and refund are as follows: An unprocessed order may be cancelled under the conditions defined in the Refund Policy. The absence of a compatible offer, a technical incident, or an error attributable to the Customer are handled according to the cases defined in that same policy. A document already delivered is not refundable, except in case of a failure attributable to ExitPass. A correction request, a duplicate payment, or a scheduled order not yet executed are examined on a case-by-case basis. The detailed conditions and refund procedure are described in the Refund Policy available at the following address:
14. Right of withdrawal
ExitPass begins execution of the service immediately after payment confirmation. By validating an order for immediate execution, the Customer expressly requests that the service begin before the end of the legal withdrawal period. They acknowledge that once the service is fully performed and the TravelPass is made available to them, they lose their right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable regulations. As long as execution is not fully completed, any rights applicable to the Customer remain governed by law. Cancellation and refund conditions are specified in the Refund Policy. For a scheduled order, execution begins on the date chosen by the Customer. Before execution begins, the Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal where legally applicable.
15. Liability of ExitPass
ExitPass undertakes to provide its Services with care and professionalism, under a reasonable best-effort obligation. ExitPass cannot be held liable for: Decisions made by airlines, immigration authorities, or any other third party. The unavailability of third-party services (Provider, payment provider, email provider, host). Errors or inaccuracies in the data provided by the Customer. Force majeure or events beyond its control. ExitPass's liability is engaged for direct damages demonstrated to result from a failure attributable to it, within the limits of the mandatory provisions of applicable legislation. These Terms are not intended to exclude or limit ExitPass's liability in conditions contrary to mandatory laws protecting the consumer.
16. Providers and third-party services
ExitPass uses providers for the execution of its Services, including: Payment, provided by Stripe. Airline reservation, provided by a specialized provider and the relevant carriers. Email delivery, provided by Resend. Hosting and infrastructure, provided by Base44. Commercial or affiliate partners, where applicable. Some of these providers have their own terms and privacy policies that apply to them. ExitPass is not responsible for the operation of third-party services or the decisions made by their operators.
17. Intellectual property
ExitPass, its logo, interface, texts, software, database, editorial content, documents, and templates are protected by intellectual property law. The "ExitPass" brand and the "TravelPass" identity are the property of ExitPass. The Customer has a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right of use, limited to what is strictly necessary for the use of the purchased Service. Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, distribution, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without written authorisation from ExitPass, is prohibited and constitutes infringement.
18. Personal data
ExitPass attaches particular importance to the protection of the Customer's personal data. The Privacy Policy describes the data collected, the purposes, the recipients, the retention periods, the Customer's rights, any transfers, and the contact methods. For more information, see the Privacy Policy:
19. Cookies
ExitPass uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure the operation of the Site and, depending on the Customer's choices, measure its usage. For more information, see the Cookie Policy:
20. Suspension and termination
ExitPass reserves the right to suspend access to the Site and Services in case of: Fraud or attempted fraud. Violation of these Terms. Security risk. Unpaid order. Abusive use of the Service. Order from a competent authority. The measure is proportionate to the situation. Where possible, the Customer is informed beforehand or promptly after the measure. The Customer may stop using the Site at any time. Termination of ongoing Services is subject to the conditions of the Refund Policy.
21. Complaints and support
The Customer may contact ExitPass support via the Help Center accessible on the Site. Any request must, where possible, be accompanied by the following: Order number. Email address used when placing the order. Description of the problem encountered. Useful attachments (screenshots, error messages, etc.). Support examines each request individually and responds as quickly as possible.
22. Consumer mediation
In accordance with applicable consumer regulations, the Customer may refer to a competent consumer mediator to attempt to amicably resolve a dispute between the parties. The mediator's contact details must be provided before commercial production launch. They will be displayed in this article once validated. Until these details are provided, this document must not be considered ready for commercial publication. ExitPass does not arbitrarily designate a mediator: the displayed contact details must correspond to a genuinely competent mediator.
23. Changes to the terms
The version of the Terms applicable to an order is the one accepted by the Customer at the time of ordering. Subsequent changes to the Terms do not retroactively affect orders already placed. A new version of the Terms applies to orders placed after its entry into force. The effective date and last updated date are shown at the top and bottom of this document.
24. Partial invalidity and non-waiver
If one of the clauses of these Terms is declared null, invalid, or inapplicable by a court or competent authority, the other clauses remain in full force and effect. The invalidity of a clause does not automatically affect the validity of the Terms as a whole. The fact that ExitPass does not rely at a given time on a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver to rely on it at a later time.
25. Language
These Terms are written in French, English, Spanish, German, and Portuguese. The French version is the reference version in case of divergence between translations, subject to the mandatory rules applicable to the consumer. Translations are provided for informational purposes to facilitate access to the Service. In case of contradiction, the French version prevails.
26. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by French law. Without prejudice to the mandatory provisions protecting the consumer, the Customer benefits from the mandatory protections of the country in which they reside where applicable regulations so provide. For consumers, the mandatory jurisdiction rules apply. No jurisdiction clause is imposed on consumers. For professionals only, any jurisdiction clause is subject to separate legal validation and is not included in this version until validated. The Customer may refer to consumer mediation under the conditions set out in Article 22.
27. Entry into force
These Terms enter into force on the date indicated at the top of this document. Version: 1.0 Effective date: 8 August 2026 Last updated: 8 August 2026 ExitPass invites the Customer to regularly consult this page to stay informed of any updates.
